Hollen’s story begins at East Sydney design school. While graduating, she is chosen to showcase her talent in London and Paris. Returning to London, she lands the dream job as the personal assistant to the legendary Jean Muir. Through Ms Muir, her works hang in Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Harvey Nichols and Harrods. She has dressed names like Lauren Bacall, Joanna Lumley and in Sydney, Australia, Gerry Hall, Claudia Schiffer and Linda Evangelista.
Hollen’s own label “Alicia Hollen” is launched in 1997, celebrating such achievements as the opening of her signature store in Paddington and New York Fashion Week.
Her journey into the world of high end fashion has propelled her into the realms of international acclaim and respect as a true fashion leader.
Renowned for her eclectic designs, extreme use of colours and outrageous cuts. Showcasing her personality through her designs is testimony to her passion for individuality and independence.
