David Jones give thumbs up to Boys in the Band, Miss Bird & The Players

Boys in the Band, Miss Bird & The Players were honoured to be invited to perform for the premier event of the year the David Jones Excellence Awards held in front of the Sydney Harbour Bridge at the stunning MCA.

Performing 30mins from their hit concert show and backed live by The Players band, Boys in the Band were a big hit with the crowd, with the boys dressed in designer suits and sporting slick moves guests couldn’t help but get up and dance to hits from Frankie Valli, Jackson 5, Bee Gees, and the Beatles.

Toni Bird took to the stage performing Pharrell Williams’ song ‘Happy’ together with Boys in the Band before partying the rest of the night away with the guests singing tunes from Bruno mars, Aretha Franklin, Lady Gaga, Stevie Wonder and more.

The grand finale of the evening was a stunning rendition of Imagine & Let It Be performed by Boys in the Band, Toni Bird and The Players in what was the perfect end to the evening.
